If the access does not work, there are a few
things that to check.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer browser version
must be 5.0 or greater.
- Go to Help & About to determine the version
- Windows 95 or less is not recommended and
will cause access failures.
- If you have "bookmarked" the web
page in your browser's Favorites folder, you
will need to recreate the bookmark and save
again.
- If all else fails, you can also clear out
"cookies" and history.
From your browser:
- Select Tools
- Internet Options
- General
- Delete Cookies
- Clear History
