:: Robert W. Daigle
Bob is President and Chief Executive Officer for the holding company, Camden National Corporation. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acadia Trust, N.A., he also serves on the Board of Directors of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank. Bob began his career in banking with Fleet Bank, formerly known as Industrial National Bank, in Providence, Rhode Island. In 1996, he ended his 25-year career with the Fleet organization, serving last as Regional President with responsibility for Fleet's northern and eastern markets in Maine.
Bob earned a B.A. in Sociology in 1971 from the University of Maine at Orono, where he was recently named chairman of the University of Maine Foundation Board of Trustees. He is a native of Fort Kent, Maine.

Ward I. Graffam, Esq.
Ward served as Chairman for both the NEL Britannia Group and
UNUM Limited companies prior to accepting the role of President
and Managing Director of UNUM European Holding Company. He
retired from UNUM after thirty years of service to serve as
the Chief Operating Officer, Young America, with the New York
Yacht Club America's Cup Syndicate. Additional experience
includes various teaching positions with the University of
Maine Law School in Portland, Maine. A former Owner and Director
of the Wayfarer Marine Corporation of Camden, Maine, Ward
is the Chairman of Graffam & Associates, a consulting
practice restricted to strategic business issues.
Ward received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University
of Maine and a J.D. from the University of Maine Law School.
He is a native of Portland, Maine.

Robert Johnson Campbell
Bob is an investment advisor with the firm of Beck, Mack &
Oliver, LLC in New York City, New York. Prior to joining Beck,
Mack & Oliver in 1980, Bob worked on Wall Street for U.S.
Trust.
Bob received a BA in Political Economy from Williams College.
He is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. |

Gregory A. Dufour
Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer for Camden National Bank.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Camden National Bank as well as
Acadia Trust, N.A., both subsidiaries of Camden National Corporation.
Prior to joining Camden National Corporation, Greg was Managing Director
of Finance and a member of the Executive Operating Group of IBEX Capital
Markets in Boston, Massachusetts. He began his banking career with The
Merrill Trust Company in Bangor, Maine and then held various management
positions with Fleet Financial Group, including Vice President and Controller
of its Investment Banking Group before joining Camden National Corporation
in 2001 as Senior Vice President - Finance and Principal Financial Officer.
His duties were expanded to include Operations and Technology in 2002.
A graduate of the Kappa class of Leadership Maine, Greg earned a Bachelor
of Science Degree from the University of Maine and a Master's Degree in
Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
Greg is a member of the advisory board for Coastal Ventures, Inc. Active
in the development of the youth ice hockey program in the Mid Coast area,
Greg, his wife, Doreen, and three sons reside in Rockport, Maine. |

Rendle A. Jones
Mr. Jones has been a Director of Camden National Corporation and Camden
National Bank since 1988, and became Chairman of Camden National Corporation
in 1998 and was Chairman of Camden National Bank from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Jones
became Chairman of Camden National Bank again, effective January 2008. Mr.
Jones was a Director of United Bank from 1996 until its merger with Kingfield
Savings Bank in February 2000, at which time he became a Director of
UnitedKingfield Bank until its merger with Camden National Bank in September
2006. Concurrent with the merger of UnitedKingfield Bank and Camden National
Bank, Mr. Jones became a Director of Acadia Trust, N.A. in January 2006. Mr.
Jones is a partner in the law firm of Harmon, Jones & Sanford, LLP in
Camden, Maine, where he has worked since 1968. |

Lawrence A. Blaisdell
Joining Acadia Trust in 1999, Larry has 20 years of diverse experience
in financial services concentrated in private banking and investment
management. He has served as Senior Vice President and Director of
Portfolio Management, while managing portfolios for individuals, trusts,
endowments and employee benefit plans. Previously, Larry served as Vice
President and Healthcare Group Manager with Key Private Bank.
As President & CEO of Acadia Trust, Larry oversees all aspects
of the organization including investment management, trust, retirement
plan services and financial advisory services. In addition, he is
responsible for the strategic development of both Acadia Trust and Acadia
Financial Consultants.
Larry earned a B.S. from the University of Maine, majoring in finance.
Additionally, he completed the College for Financial Planning Professional
Education Program and is a Certified Financial Planner licensee. Larry is
a past President and Director of the Maine Estate Planning Council, a
Corporate Director of the Cumberland County YMCA and active in youth
basketball. A native of Albion, Maine, Larry and his family reside in Scarborough. |
