:: Gregory A. Dufour, Chairman

Mr. Dufour is the chairman of the board of directors of Acadia Trust, N.A. effective August 2011. He has also served as a director of Camden National Bank since 2004. Mr. Dufour is president and chief executive officer of Camden National Corporation, effective January 1, 2009. He joined Camden National Corporation in April 2001 as senior vice president of finance and principal financial officer. In August 2002, he assumed the additional responsibilities of operations and technology. In January 2004, Mr. Dufour was named president and chief operating officer of Camden National Bank and chief banking officer of Camden National Corporation. He was named chief executive officer of Camden National Bank in January 2006.

:: Robert Johnson Campbell

Mr. Campbell is an investment advisor with the firm of Beck, Mack & Oliver, LLC in New York City, New York. Prior to joining Beck, Mack & Oliver in 1980, Bob worked on Wall Street for U.S. Trust. He has also been a member of the board of directors of Camden National Corporation since 1999.

:: Ann W. Bresnahan

Ms. Bresnahan joined the board of directors of Acadia Trust, N.A. in January 2009. She has been a director of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since 1990. Ms. Bresnahan has been a full-time volunteer and civic leader since 1970.

:: Rendle A. Jones, Esq.

Mr. Jones joined the board of directors of Acadia Trust, N.A. in January 2006. He has been a director of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since 1988, became Chairman of Camden National Corporation in 1998, and was chairman of Camden National Bank from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Jones became chairman of Camden National Bank again, effective January 2008. He was a director of United Bank from 1996 until its merger with Kingfield Savings Bank in February 2000, at which time he became a director of UnitedKingfield Bank until its merger with Camden National Bank in September 2006. Mr. Jones is a partner in the law firm of Harmon, Jones & Sanford, LLP in Camden, Maine, where he has worked since 1968.

:: Stephen J. Tall

Mr. Tall joined the board of directors of Acadia Trust, N.A. in August 2011. He is the chief executive officer of Acadia Trust, N.A.. Prior to joining Acadia Trust, Stephen was a strategic consultant to several investment firms across the country, and was organizing principal in a project to start a client-owned private bank. Previously, he was deputy head of Burnett Companies, a family office that owns an oil and gas business, a ranching operation, a security business, and an aviation division. In 1999, he joined Fiduciary Trust Company International, a global private bank based in New York, where he served in several senior management positions. His responsibilities included chief administrative officer of the High Net Worth Division, chief technology officer of the company, disaster recovery officer, chief compliance officer, member management committee, officers executive committee, risk management committee, and technology governance committee. Prior to Joining FTCI, Mr. Tall was an associate partner at Accenture where he led international financial services client engagements in technology and operations consulting and outsourcing.
