Ben joined the firm as an Assistant Portfolio Manager in May of 2005. As Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager based in Bangor, Ben assumes responsibility for and oversight of client portfolios, including individuals, families, endowments, foundations, businesses, and trusts; and he serves on the Company’s Investment Committee.
Ben earned a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems. He earned his MBA from the University of Maine, is a Level III CFA candidate and an affiliate member of the Maine CFA Society and the CFA Institute. Ben was named the 2006 Camden National Corporation Employee of the Year and received the 2008 Lorrayne Carroll Award for outstanding leadership in adult literacy within the State of Maine in 2008.
Ben is the Co-President of the Board of Directors for Literacy Volunteers of Maine, a member of Rotary Club of Bangor and resides in Bangor with his wife, Kara.
